We’re a non-profit organization, which means our focus is entirely on caring for you, not billing you. Every visit is free of charge, confidential, respectful, and free of judgment, whether you’re facing an unexpected pregnancy or navigating life after an abortion. Our goal is to give you accurate information in a space where you can genuinely feel at ease.

What Is My Choice Medical Clinic?

Are your services really free?
Yes. All of it – testing, ultrasound, STI care, options education, parenting classes. No hidden costs.
Do I need insurance?
No. Just bring a photo ID (if available) for our records, and that’s all you’ll need.
Is my visit actually confidential?
Yes. Your privacy is central to how we operate. You can ask anything and receive care in a genuinely safe environment.
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments help ensure you get adequate time with our staff, but walk-ins are always welcome on a first-come, first-served basis. Call to schedule your appointment.
What actually happens during my first visit?

Do you perform abortions here?
No – We don’t perform or refer for abortion services. What we do is provide honest information on all three options (parenting, adoption, abortion) so you can make your own informed decision.
Can men use your services?
Yes. We provide STI testing and sexual health education for men, along with fatherhood and parenting resources for those expecting or supporting a partner.
